| The two directors Mark Grice and James Pethullis have over thirty years of experience in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke hardwood conservatories. |

| Mark and James served their apprenticeships together in the late 1970's at York's leading cabinetmakers, this meticulous training, the development of attention to fine detail, and sound practice, formed the foundations of our company as it is today. |

| After their apprenticeships were completed, Mark and James went along separate ways, continually learning all the other aspects of high-class joinery including design aesthetics and manufacture. A deep understanding of other building practices was also collected, including groundwork's, brick and stonework, electrical and plumbing installation and finishes such as floor tiling and decoration. |

| Following these years of continual self-development they joined forces again to form Allerthorpe conservatories Ltd |

| We are a small, unique, company who believe that, the directors role is to be forefront to every aspect of each and every project, Mark and James will always be involved with the design, manufacture, installation and completion of your conservatory. We are very proud of this fact, a boast that you will not find anywhere else. |

| We do not have salesmen or managers. Once you contact us, from initial enquiry, to our handing over your conservatory keys, upon completion. You will always be in contact with either Mark or Jim. |

This is true unless, the salespeople hype their product out of all proportion of the actual end result. Seeing is believing, and we would recommend that anyone who is even slightly unsure visits a recent commission and talks to the customers. |

| Each and every quotation that is posted to you is accompanied by a detailed specification, outlining every aspect of the project that is quoted for. This quotation and specification is unique to you and your property. We do not have a price list, the variation in window designs alone is endless and roofs can vary dramatically depending upon obstacles on your property such as awkward corners, chimneys and first floor window heights. |
